"Quality Assurance" at Shanghai Fengqu Super Alloy Co.,Ltd. is an important means of ensuring our customers that all their requirements and needs are met. We fully realized that the quality of products is our morality. A person out of morality is hard to make a place in the society and a business enterpise out of higher quality products can not last long to have a foothold at the market!
"Quality Assurance" permeates our entire organization. It begins with the receipt of an inquiry and the submission of a quotation, matching to a manufacturing plan and confirming the order requirements (detailed instructions for alloying, hot and cold working, testing to required standards , heat treatment, alloy form and condition, product marking, packing and dispatch), and is applied to all the production cycle from the contro of raw materials to the dispatch of the product. We also track the orders throgh the production cycles based on the ERP.
The company passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification,and takes "Quality is life, and integrity is foundation" as the management principle, setting up Fengqu brand and achieving continuous innovation!
